Can
I download the Study Materials to my computer?
Yes you can
– when you see the test on the screen, there is a file name below the test (for
example -
gk_flash.swf). Right click on the file name and then choose ‘Save Target As”.
Select a location on your local hard disk (we suggest your desktop or some other
place that you will be able to easily find the file) and then press enter.
You can then run this file from your computer and not have to be connected to
the internet. Simply double click on the file name or open it with your
browser.
I
cannot login – what might be the problem?
Your
username is your email address that you used to sign up with TestAnswers. Your
password is the one you selected at the time of registration. (You also should
have received a email with your user registration information after successful a
registration)
When you
first come to the website, click on the Member’s Login and enter your username
and password. You will know that you are logged in, if you see the Main Menu on
the left hand side of the website says “Logout” instead of “Login”.
To access
the Test’s and other activities, choose a subject matter from the Main Menu and
then a sub-menu will appear giving you a choice of a Test, Flash Card,
Crossword, Fill in the Blank, Matching, Fact Card and Pick a Letter for the
category selected.
I seem to be getting the same set of
questions?
We have thousands of questions in our database. Every time you click on the menu item of the
category of test you are taking, a new set of questions is randomly generated
and is displayed for you. Simply click on the category (ie General
Knowledge or Air Brakes, etc) and then choose a activity (ie Test or Flash Cards) and a new set of
questions will be displayed.
I found a
typo in your website or testing materials.
